KEVIN AUBEE

Kevin Aubee is a third-generation construction and development professional with over thirty years of hands-on experience. He first earned his Massachusetts Superintendent’s license in 1996. Kevin is recognized for his expertise in early-stage project development, permitting and regulatory compliance, all phases of residential and commercial construction, owner’s representation, program management, field supervision, training, and litigation support. With his additional experience as a municipal building department officer, Kevin advises municipalities regarding code compliance, inspections, and the establishment of housing courts.
