Construction for this 40B project commenced in September 2018 after going through significant approvals in the town of Brookline for 25 residential rental units and 2 ground floor retail spaces.

Embarc worked hand-in-hand with the 40B consultant and clients to usher this project through, spending significant time with abutters to ensure a successful win – approvals granted with zero opposition and appeals at the Zoning Board.

Completed in 2020, the building is fully occupied and residents are enjoying all aspects of living in the heart of Coolidge Corner.
