TRAX recently completed this boutique project that is at the footsteps of a large multi-family development located at St. Grabriels in Brighton. With permitting complete, TRAX completed this project in-house bringing 6 townhouse units through the restoration and expansion of a historic home located on Washington Street.

Designed by EMBARC, the goal for the addition was to complement the traditional structure and hold true to what is new.
