In a joint venture with SV+Partners, Trax and Caste Capital, 10 Malcolm X Boulevard is a mixed-use development situated in the heart of Nubian Square. It is comprised of 132 total units of housing and approximately 37,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.

Building upon the rich historic and cultural legacy of the area, the project replaces a surface parking lot with a range of both rental and homeownership housing opportunities. It also involves rehabilitating the existing commercial building and creating a significant new public space at the corner of Malcolm X Boulevard and Shawmut Avenue.

Community outreach has been at the core of the project from day one, encompassing design workshops with local community groups and an infusion of new work by local artists throughout the site.

Special attention has been paid to the landscape throughout, allowing the three buildings of the development to be tied together through a series of walking paths, open spaces, and bountiful tree canopy.
