TERRAZZA

Nestled into a hill along Linden Street, a main road that goes into the heart of downtown Wellesley, TERRAZZA went through a significant approval process. Starting out initially as a 40 B project and then overtime, working in concert with both the town and abutting residences the team successfully managed to get these lots rezoned under the Residential Overlay District.

This project is in construction and will be home to 35 thoughtfully crafted single-level living condominium units with a beautifully landscaped courtyard and curated amenity spaces.

SULLIVAN SQUARE

In a partnership with RISE Together, we are proposing a state-of-the-art mixed-use development for Sullivan Square. The proposed development with transform an industrial corner of the city into a thriving neighborhood with new jobs, abundant green parks, affordable housing with proximity to transportation, and vibrant commercial and retail space. Anchored by 1.7 million square feet of office and lab space, the Sullivan Square Redevelopment Project will make Charlestown a key contributor in the ever-growing ‘Life Sciences’ industry throughout Greater Boston. Moreover, the plan creates and connects new and existing neighborhoods in Sullivan Square with abundant amenities, services, and a robust mix of affordable and market-rate housing options. Access to the Mystic River for both pedestrians and bicyclists will be enhanced by new connections and green spaces.

The development will be carefully integrated into the surrounding areas and strategically responds to the Imagine Boston 2030 planning effort, the first framework for citywide planning to be developed since 1970. Shaped by more than 15,000 Boston residents, Imagine Boston 2030 goals include the creation of more affordable housing to reduce displacement and improve quality of life, a greater investment in open space, more access to transportation, improved infrastructure, and a thoughtful commitment to address the impacts of climate change.
