Acquisition, Finance + Investment

TRAX specializes in finding off-market deals through its vast network of relationships. Each deal TRAX enters into is framed for success via thorough due diligence, a broad investor pool, and deep lender relationships. We employ customized risk and return metrics that are applied to each deal to ensure our team is uniquely positioned to add value in the development of our projects.

Permitting

Working hand in hand with our Architects, Engineers, and Consultants, TRAX prides itself on its established process of successfully taking complex projects through community and neighborhood approvals. It’s this process, and our interest in truly working closely with the communities we develop in, that has allowed us to gain entitlements on some of the finest projects in these communities and neighborhoods.

Construction

TRAX has an in-house team of experienced Construction Managers and Site Superintendents that handle our small and medium size projects. For the larger projects we partner with third-party Construction Firms to execute our projects, where our team serves as in-house Owner’s Project Manager to ensure all aspects of our developments receive our hands on approach.
